Wendy built UpLevel Wellness from the inside out. Starting with her own transformation. As a professional woman and mother juggling a demanding career and family, she hit a wall.

What got her unstuck started with a nutrition plan. But ultimately the long-term change came from a shift in how she saw herself. She lost 50 pounds postpartum while nursing, reclaimed her energy and found her purpose.

With 6 years of coaching experience and 250+ clients, she now specializes in helping women build sustainable systems, support and mindset. Because perfection was never the goal.

Mishael Barton

Strength, Nutrition & GLP-1 Support Specialist

Mishael holds six certifications through ISSA: personal training, nutrition coaching, online coaching, strength and conditioning, body building and GLP-1 Weight Loss Support.

Making her one of the only coaches in our field with dedicated training for clients navigating medically assisted weight loss.

She competes in Spartan races and body building competitions, and brings that same intensity and precision to her client work: meeting people where they are, building personalized plans and helping them protect their strength and build habits that outlast any program.

Fun fact: Mishael loves a good challenge, but her favorite way to recharge is with my feet in the sand and the sound of ocean waves.

Traci Cain

Certified Optavia Health Coach

Traci understands the season of life when the kids leave and you finally have space to ask: what do I actually want?

As an empty nester herself, she specializes in helping women navigate major life transitions — career pivots, quiet houses, shifting identities — with empathy-based coaching that meets them exactly where they are.

With 6 years of coaching and 200+ clients, her approach centers on building sustainable habits that fit the life you're actually living, not the one you're leaving behind.

Fun fact: Traci loves guiding women through seasons of change. Whether that’s embracing an empty nest, launching a new business chapter, or navigating life’s transitions, with wellness solutions that stick.

Sarah Cope

Certified Nutrition Coach

Sarah's path to nutrition coaching started with her own: in 2019, she lost 60 pounds and, more importantly, finally understood what it meant to fuel her body well. Not through restriction or a rigid plan, but by learning to work with her life instead of against it.

That shift became her mission. With 7 years of coaching more than 600 clients, and her Certified Nutrition Coach credential through NASM, Sarah builds plans that are personalized and practical, never prescriptive.

She specializes in moving clients from 'I keep trying' to 'I'm actually doing this' through honest, non-judgmental conversations and strategies built around real life. Her clients don't just change what they eat. They change how they think about food.

Fun fact: Before becoming a full time health coach, Sarah had a career as a singer and performer. She also started a music and arts school in Lancaster, PA and ran that for years before selling it to focus on her coaching career & family.  

Raye Gall

Board-Certified Health Coach | Yoga Instructor | Autoimmune & Holistic Nutrition Specialist

Raye holds the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential, the most rigorous certification in the health coaching field. She also brings 15 years of strategic mentorship and coaching, 15 years as a Registered Yoga Teacher, and additional certifications in breathwork, autoimmune holistic nutrition and EFT.

She has guided 200+ coaching clients and 1,000+ yoga students. Raye coaches at the intersection of mindset, stress and physical health.

Fun fact: She once hiked the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim in a single day — a challenge that reminded her just how powerful we really are.

Kristin Gillis

Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

Kristin brings rare depth to her coaching: a Master's degree in Wellness and Fitness, 8 years of coaching experience, 17 years teaching health and fitness, and dual certifications as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM.

She specializes in helping women 40+ build practical, functional strength for the life they want to live. With 170+ clients, she's seen firsthand how shifting from 'I can't' to 'look what I just did' changes everything.

Fun fact: Her favorite transformation is watching women go from “I can’t” to “Look what I just did!” That shift? It lights her up every single time.

Christine Lindner

Optavia Health Coach

Christine came to UpLevel Wellness as a client first. Frustrated after years of starting over, she lost 20 pounds in three months and discovered what sustainable change actually felt like.

Now she coaches with that same perspective: she knows what it's like to be a busy professional, a full-time parent and someone who has tried everything.

Christine's warm, progress-over-perfection approach meets clients exactly where they are.

Fun fact: She also work full-time in agricultural marketing and raise two daughters in Wisconsin with her husband.
